In this domestic romp, Dean Martin and Lana Turner team up as a married couple whose marriage is threatened by Dino's gambling ways. To keep the money in the family, Lana talks Dino's business partner (Eddie Albert) to pose as his bookie. But the strategy backfires as it rouses the ire of mob boss, Tony Gagouts (Walter Matthau) who decides it's time to eliminate the competition.
