Product Notes
In a new copyrighted, digitally enhanced and restored audio-visual version U.S. Television Office, Inc. Presents a four disc collection of the first 19 Hopalong Cassidy Motion Pictures from the early days of William Boyds career with Paramount Pictures as the silver haired hero known as Hoppy. Hopalong Cassidy was the most beloved good guy to ride into the homes and hearts of American audiences and his dedication to justice, honesty, decency, loyalty, and law and order made him a role model for Americas youth. This Volume 1 DVD includes the very first feature length film Hop-Along Cassidy, which introduced to America a more refined hero than who originally graced the pages of Clarence E. Mulfords Hopalong Cassidy books. Also included in Volume 1 are the several films in which Jimmy Ellison appeared and the first picture in which Russell Hayden made his debut as Lucky Jenkins.
